Chris Paxton is a technologically driven producer, drummer, DJ and engineer. Since 2004, Paxton has been owner and head engineer at Nexus Audio, a recording studio in Oakland, CA. He has credits with many amazing artists including Juice WRLD, Kamaiyah, Kreyshawn, X-Raided, Shock G, Mistah F.A.B and countless others.

His musical reach extends far beyond the studio, he is a contributing member of visionary Northern California acts; Jazz Mafia, Kung Fu Vampire, Lyrics Born and WolfHawkJaguar. The influence of these three groups alone shows his versatility. With these close companions he has traveled the World over the last decade.  As an avid genre’-bender, the thread that connects all of Paxton’s musical efforts is a commitment to constant evolution.  This is why audiences keep packing venues to witness it for themselves.
